FAQ

Here's where your excuses come to die...

  • Do I have to come workout in person?

    Nope! This course is available 100% online BUT if you are in the Charlotte or Gastonia area, you have the option of coming to our centers to workout.

  • What if I can't make the class time?

    All of our meetings and workouts will be recorded. So you can do them anytime that fits with your schedule!

  • I have food allergies/a certain eating style will this course accommodate for that?

    The nutrition element of our course allows anyone, with any food allergies or preferred diet to join and benefit!

  • What are the time commitments for this course?

    ✓ We will meet every Monday at 1pm EST for 30-45 minutes.... ✓ Workouts will be at 6am Tuesday and Thursday and at 8:30am Saturday (online or in Gastonia) and 9:40am Saturday in Charlotte. ✓ Again, all of these are recorded so if you can't make those times, you can do them on your schedule!

  • What if I have a conflict where I can't workout - should I still do the challenge?

    YES! So much of this course is about good goal setting, decision making, and habit building. The workout is just a small part of this life changing course. Start where you are, do what you can, and we'll help you make progress towards your goals!
