Nope! This course is available 100% online BUT if you are in the Charlotte or Gastonia area, you have the option of coming to our centers to workout.
All of our meetings and workouts will be recorded. So you can do them anytime that fits with your schedule!
The nutrition element of our course allows anyone, with any food allergies or preferred diet to join and benefit!
✓ We will meet every Monday at 1pm EST for 30-45 minutes.... ✓ Workouts will be at 6am Tuesday and Thursday and at 8:30am Saturday (online or in Gastonia) and 9:40am Saturday in Charlotte. ✓ Again, all of these are recorded so if you can't make those times, you can do them on your schedule!
YES! So much of this course is about good goal setting, decision making, and habit building. The workout is just a small part of this life changing course. Start where you are, do what you can, and we'll help you make progress towards your goals!
